The purpose of the general conditions of use (the "GCU") is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions under which the ChallengeMe.online website and services are made available by ServicesYou and to define the conditions of access to and use of the services by the "User". They are accessible on the site under the heading "CGU".

These specific conditions of use (the "CSU") are the result of discussions between ServicesYou and GAR/MEN concerning the use of the ChallengeMe.online platform (i.e. its site and services), and supplement or replace the provisions of the CGU.

Article 1: Intellectual property authorizations

In accordance with article 4 of the GCU, the GAR/MEN and all its Users are granted the right to reproduce, publish and copy the various contents of the app.challengeme.online module of the site, for use by the staff of the entitled party (GAR/MEN), including the ChallengeMe log and brand. 

Article 2: Changes to the Legal Notice and GTUs concerning the use of cookies

In accordance with article 7 of the Legal Notice and GTUs, the GAR/MEN framework of the app.challengeme.online module of the site defines a specific cookie policy: in the GAR/MEN framework, all cookies have been deactivated for all GAR users. Therefore, article 7 of the Legal Notice and article 7 of the Terms of Use are null and void.
